Yet another blog.

....is NOT bugs/glitches on Singleplayer (for console's case), no private match option (for consoles again), not-working server browser (for PC), crappy hit registration and so many things on UI that gone completely wrong and lame....

(well, above problems already made this game garbage as I wrote on previous thread, but..)

It's lack of contents.

Simply, there aren't enough maps and weapons to toy with. There are only 8 maps, and most of them are restricted to certain game type. Nor, they have some kind of variety to solve this problems. I know there are plenty of "24/7 Dust", "24/7 Office". "24/7 Shipment" servers, but most of people like to play several maps otherwise the game gets boring real quick. With 8 maps the longevity of the game is severely limited.

How about COD series? I believe for COD4's case, we had 16 maps to started with, and finally reached 20 stock maps total. And there is no such thing as restriction on game type for all maps. Nevermind about quality (oh, I must mention out of 8 maps, only half of them are 'good enough') but in quantity MoH is not worth 60$.

And weapons... Let's see, for each class, we can have about 5 different weapons, so it is total of approx (depend on what version you bought) 15 weapons total, again restricted by class difference. And there is only 1 type of pistol you can use per faction. COD4 has total of 26 weapons, excluding launchers. Not to mention sheer lack of attachment and no choice on camouflages just blew the deal.

Only way to save this game at this point is either EA/DICE promise/deliver at least 6+ more maps (no joking around unlocking game types for same maps) AND add at least 5+ more weapons FOR FREE, or be a man and give us mod tools so we can add lacking contents for ourselves. But sad thing is we all know EA/DICE is just incapable of doing either of options.

One good thing about MoH 2010 is, that singleplayer is fine. I'd say if this game was singleplayer-only game with 30$ price tag, it would have been a great deal. But at current state it just does not justify 60$ tag.
